Humility in coping with anything is something to really think about. In my life to cope with day to day stressors I have to humble myself before God and ask for his help to enable me to be able to deal with any and all day to day stress that may come into my life. I pray day and night and sometimes throughout the day for his help.

I didn’t do anything today or go anywhere. But I do know what it feels like when you move to a new location wondering if I will fit in or feel like I belong with people in my new location. God has always been with me to be able to make friends easily and the church I located near me was like being at home.

The happiness test showed I need to look more threw rose colored glasses . I trust people. I didn’t think that I’m that trusting of complete strangers because I always have to get to know a person first before I get too close.

I’m sure this will help me to continue to be humble to each person that’s very instrumental in the successes in the challenges that I’ve faced in my life. I try my best to reach out to some of my elderly members each day and will continue to try to do better.
