HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Alert: Estimated processing and shipping time may be prolonged due to COVID-19 and other mail system delays.
The surge in online shopping coupled with the impact of COVID-19 has caused delays in mailing and shipping sometimes causing unpredictable transit times.
We have noticed that sometimes our packages arrive 7-10 business days after we have shipped them, we have also experienced transit times three weeks or longer. We continue to monitor these delays and apologize in advance for any issues this may cause our customers
Although we are experiencing shipping delays, we will not give up on creating awareness and encouraging our customers about our Lord and Savior's (Jesus) attitude through the Beatitudes. We have added an additional UPS shipping option for some of our Beatitudes apparel.
Handbags Orders Processing Time & delivery
When all systems work efficiently, our handbag is produced and ready for shipping in 3-5 business days after purchase. Please note that any orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed the following business day. If an order is placed after 3 pm on Friday, that order will not be processed until Monday.
Handbags Shipping Time
Standard shipping/transit varies and depends on the shipping carrier, the item purchased, departure and arrival locations. The handbags are shipped typically using USPS Priority Mail. The average estimated time for delivery of our handbags is 5-7 business days.
Apparel Orders Processing Time

Face Masks are shipped from the U.S.(Detroit, MI):
- Average shipping/transit is 7-10 business days for delivery for standard/economy shipping via USPS.
- Average shipping/transit is 1-5 business days for delivery for UPS Ground

Note: UPS Ground shipping is the recommended shipping option if you need faster delivery of Facemasks. The average transit time is 1-5 days depending on your location proximity from Detroit, MI. However, we are seeing some delays in transit with our package carriers.
Shipping Fees for all products
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on product type, quantity, weight of package and location (domestic vs. international).
Customers will receive an email once their order is prepared for shipping that contains your tracking information. If you have not received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

HANDBAGS CARE INSTRUCTIONS
OUR CACTUS LEATHER BAGS CAN LAST AT LEAST A DECADE WITH PROPER CARE:
- Store in a dry, cool place.
- Store inside the dust bag to protect from dust and dirt.
- Store either upright or lay flat, do not stack or hang.
- Avoid overloading with heavy items.
- Protect the lining by keeping makeup and writing utensils capped and in a pouch.
- To wipe away dust and dirt, use a soft, damp cloth with very gentle soap.
- Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
- Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
- Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
- Do not dry clean.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not issue refunds for shipping and delivery delays. See our shipping policy and procedures for more information.
We want you completely satisfied with Your Beatitudes and expressing the beatitudes through fashion. Some of our handbags are handcrafted and our apparel is decorated once an order is placed. Therefore there may be some limitations regarding returns and refunds. Please contact us before placing your order if you have additional questions after reviewing our policy below.
Handbags and Apparel: If for some reason your item arrives damaged or flawed you may return it UNUSED within fourteen (14) days of delivery or pickup.
Our policy lasts fourteen (14) days. If fourteen (14) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept your return.
Please review product details and materials before purchasing. We are unable to accept returns for ordering the wrong color or style.

To be eligible for a return for replacement or refund, we require:
1) Submit a return request online by completing the Contact Us form within fourteen (7) days of order delivery or order pick up location; upon submitting an return request online you will receive your reference number. This reference number must be included on your return shipping label. When submitting a request online please include the following:
- a receipt or proof of purchase
- reason for return
- a picture of the damaged or flawed product (if applicable)
Additionally, if you desire to return a product ensure that all the following conditions have been met:
- with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them (if applicable), including all accessories and documents.
- must be sent in its original packaging.
- the items being returned must be in the same condition in which it was received by you: new, not worn, not washed, in excellent condition with all packaging materials in place and tags and stickers attached (if applicable)
- all of its parts, accessories and documents must be returned.
Sale items (if applicable)
All sales are final. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items (if applicable) cannot be refunded.
Customer service will send shipping instructions for returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment center (if applicable) or manufacturer listed on the shipping labels.
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
We reserve our right not to accept any request for return for refunds or exchange if it does not satisfy all of the conditions listed in our refund policy.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
